Lucy Mackenzie is the Founder of Lucy’s Dressings and the genius behind the flavours you know and love! Lucy has three children and lives in London with her husband Ludo.
For Lucy, creating her Lucy’s Dressings range meant burning the midnight oil. She began making the dressings in her kitchen, while she was pregnant. “After I’d put the children to bed, sterilised the kitchen and put my hairnet on, I’d bring up the barrels of oil from the basement and make the dressings through the night. I would bottle and label them by hand, stack the bottles and send them out. It was exhausting!”
Emma manages Lucy’s Dressings’ Sales & Marketing – making sure our products are available for you to buy as widely as possible and spreading the word about us at every opportunity. She worked in health food sales & marketing before joining the Lucy’s team in early 2017.
Emma says “Lucy’s dressings have been a great discovery! I love cooking but, like almost everyone, don’t have the time for complex recipes during the week. Lucy’s dressings are a great quick fix and mean I can easily turn a few simple ingredients into something totally delicious!”

When she isn’t running around after her two boys, she enjoys cooking new recipes with friends and family. “I love all of the dressings and condiments we do here at Lucy’s, but at the moment it’s the Blushing Beetroot relish that I am obsessed with. It’s delicious with a smoked trout and new potato salad”
