Zesty Mayo Dressing

Warm Asparagus and Parmesan (serves 4)

  • 200g of asparagus per person
  • Lucy's Zesty Mayo Dressing
  • shavings of Parmesan cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • small loaf of rye bread or ciabatta
  1. Steam or boil according to instructions and drain.
  2. Pour a generous amount of Lucy's Zesty Mayo Dressing over each portion.
  3. Shave over the parmesan cheese and season as desired.
  4. Serve with a warm piece of rye bread or ciabatta and butter.
