Warm Asparagus and Parmesan (serves 4)
- 200g of asparagus per person
- Lucy's Zesty Mayo Dressing
- shavings of Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
- small loaf of rye bread or ciabatta
- Steam or boil according to instructions and drain.
- Pour a generous amount of Lucy's Zesty Mayo
Dressing over each portion.
- Shave over the parmesan cheese and season as desired.
- Serve with a warm piece of rye bread or ciabatta and butter.
